Privacy Policy

CourtRadar is operated by Liga Dutch Caribbean B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We operate the CourtRadar platform available at court-radar.app and via our mobile apps.

We collect the following personal data when you use CourtRadar:

• Name — your display name used in your profile and bookings
• Email address — used for account login and transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders, password reset)
• User ID — a unique identifier assigned to your account to link your bookings and profile data
• Booking data — court bookings, dates, times, clubs, and payment status
• Push notification tokens — device tokens used to send you push notifications if you opt in

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are processed externally by Sentoo, who handle all financial data under their own privacy policy.

We use your personal data solely to provide and improve the CourtRadar service:

• To authenticate you and manage your account
• To process and manage your court bookings
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices
• To send push notifications if you have opted in
• To resolve disputes and provide customer support

We do not use your data for advertising, tracking, or share it with third-party advertisers.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract — processing is necessary to provide the booking service you requested
• Legitimate interests — to improve our platform and ensure security
• Consent — for push notifications, which you can withdraw at any time in the app settings

We share your data only with the following parties, and only as necessary:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider (data stored within their infrastructure)
• Sentoo — payment processor for online payments
• Resend — transactional email provider for booking confirmations and reminders
• Firebase (Google) — used to deliver push notifications to Android devices
• Apple APNs — used to deliver push notifications to iOS devices
• Clubs — your booking details (name, booking time/date) are shared with the padel club you book at

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g., transaction records).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and personal data
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent — withdraw consent for push notifications at any time via app settings

If you opt in to push notifications, we store a device token (FCM token for Android, APNs token for iOS) to deliver notifications about your bookings. You can withdraw consent and disable push notifications at any time in the app’s Settings screen. Your token will be deleted from our servers when you disable notifications.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely via Supabase with row-level security policies.

The CourtRadar web app uses only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of CourtRadar after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
