1. About CourtRadar

CourtRadar is an independent platform that aggregates padel court availability from clubs in Curaçao and allows users to post player availability. CourtRadar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any padel club featured on the platform.

By using CourtRadar you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Bookings

CourtRadar submits court bookings on your behalf through the club's own reservation system, using the credentials you provide. By requesting a booking through CourtRadar you confirm that you have a valid account with the relevant club and are entitled to make that booking.

CourtRadar is not responsible for:

• A booking that fails to go through, for any reason, including technical errors, club system outages, or unavailability of the court at time of submission.
• A booking that is processed incorrectly (wrong time, wrong court, wrong date) due to errors in the club's system or data.
• A booking that appears confirmed in CourtRadar but is not recorded by the club.
• Any charges, fees, or penalties imposed by the club in connection with a booking.

Always verify your booking directly with the club after using CourtRadar. CourtRadar confirmation is not a guarantee of a confirmed reservation with the club.

3. Cancellations

CourtRadar can attempt to cancel bookings on your behalf through the club's system. CourtRadar is not responsible for cancellations that fail to process, are processed late, or result in cancellation fees charged by the club.

If a cancellation is time-sensitive or financially significant, contact the club directly to confirm it has been processed. Do not rely solely on CourtRadar for cancellation confirmation.

4. Court Availability

Availability shown in CourtRadar is fetched from club systems and cached periodically. It may not reflect real-time availability at the moment you view it. CourtRadar makes no guarantee that a court shown as available will remain available at the time of booking.

5. Club Credentials

To enable bookings and cancellations, CourtRadar stores your club account credentials in encrypted form. You are responsible for ensuring that storing these credentials complies with the terms of service of each respective club. CourtRadar will not share your credentials with third parties and uses them solely to perform actions you initiate.

6. Player Availability & Messaging

The Players feature allows you to post your availability and message other players. CourtRadar is not responsible for the content of messages exchanged between users, arrangements made between players, or any disputes that arise from player interactions. Use common sense and good judgment when connecting with other users.

7. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your CourtRadar account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. CourtRadar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a way that disrupts the service for others.

8. Your Data

CourtRadar stores the following information to operate the service: your email address, display name, gender, skill level, player availability posts, and in-app messages. We do not sell your data to third parties. Encrypted club credentials are stored securely and used only to make bookings on your behalf.

You can delete your availability posts at any time from the Players tab. To request full account deletion, contact us at the address below.

9. No Warranties

CourtRadar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of availability data, or successful booking or cancellation outcomes. The service is provided free of charge and on a best-effort basis.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CourtRadar and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed court reservations, cancellation fees, or disputes with clubs or other users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CourtRadar after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
